We offer FREE EXCHANGES! If, within the first 10 days of receiving your Magic Blanket, you are unhappy with your weight, color or fabric, we will send you a pre-paid return label to send the blanket back. Once we get your blanket back, we will start working on your new blanket! All returned blankets must be in new condition without any pet hairs or stains. Please note Custom orders cannot be exchanged. *Free Exchanges only applies to Continental U.S.
If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your Magic Blanket,
you have up to 10 days after receiving your blanket to return it and have
the cost of your blanket refunded back to your card. You will, however, be responsible for the return shipping.
The blanket must still be in new condition. If the blanket is stained,
damaged or has any pet hairs, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Please note that Custom Orders are not covered by the 10-Day Money Back
If you'd like to return a blanket, you'll need to pay return shipping. Please send
us an email so we can expect the return.
In your email, please tell us the name under which the Magic Blanket was
- All Blankets are made to order and will have a 3 day manufacturing time (not including Holidays,business days) If you choose an expedited shipping option it will apply after the manufacturing time.
- Free shipping option could take up to 7 days.
- For shipping, we use FedEx and/or UPS. Shipping time does not include holidays or non-business days.
- We are very pleased to be able to ship to Canada. However, getting blankets ready to ship to Canada will take longer - usually around 10 days (due to different shipping and customs process)
- There may be a customs fee upon delivery
- Shipping overseas can be pricey at around $100
